During the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin earlier this month, the interlinkage between military defence and economic recovery was emphasised. No investments and recovery projects can be safe and durable without sufficient air defence. At the same time, Ukraine needs swift economic recovery to sustain resilience in the face of Russian aggression.
In this session, Former Dutch Ambassador to Ukraine Robert Serry (Open Door Ukraine) and Julia Soldatiuk-Westerveld, Research Fellow EU & Global Affairs (Clingendael Institute for International Relations), will reflect on the key takeaways from the URC 2024, the priorities for recovery in the coming time, and talk about the early recovery projects that are already realised in Ukraine. Robert Serry will present his recovery project in Ukraine. Are you curious to know more about how to become active in Ukraine’s recovery and how to increase the impact of your recovery efforts? Join us in this session!

Over REKA
